Whats Under My Floor?

What’s under your house? We see it all! Plumbing leaks, holes, and tears in the insulation, damaged supports, rodents, feces, roaches, nests, animal remains, spider webs, damaged and disconnected air ducts, termite trails, trash…We will inspect your crawl-space, report anything that looks odd, show you pictures of what we find, and give an honest written evaluation of what is happening under your home. If repairs are needed, we will give you a written estimate. If repairs are scheduled at the time of inspection, we will waive the inspection fee. For most homes in most areas, we will charge $99 for this service/inspection.
